It is a unique opportunity to hunt these smart and fast predators in an area where they are found in large numbers. It is not uncommon to have over 10 Coyotes come to the call throughout the day.

The hunting areas are located on private properties, providing access to areas with large predator populations. A combination of different calls and decoy methods is used to give you the best possible hunting experience.

In addition to our popular coyote hunts, we also offer wolf hunting over bait. For those who want an extra challenge, wolf hunting provides an intense and exciting experience. Wolves are smart and cautious, and luring them to bait requires both patience and sharp observation. It is a hunt that truly tests your skills as a hunter.

The day starts early with breakfast, followed by a drive to the hunting grounds. Depending on snow conditions, it is often possible to reach up to eight or more spots in a day. Experienced guides ensure that you make the most of your hunting time, and you will be well-prepared for all aspects of the hunt.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE HUNTER:

• Hunters should be in reasonably good physical shape and able to walk short distances in the snow.
  
  
• Transportation to and from bait sites may be done by snowmobile, Argo, or ATV, but expect to walk approximately 1 kilometer to and from the blind.
  
  
• It is important to understand that weather conditions have a significant impact on the movement patterns of coyotes and wolves.
  
  
• The chances of hunting coyotes are generally higher compared to wolves, where the odds are lower.
  
  
• When hunting with calling methods, we drive around, stop to call, and locate wolves. Once located, we make a plan and attempt to call them in to provide a shooting opportunity.
  
  
• When hunting over bait, hunters must be aware that baited hunts can involve long days in the blind without any activity. Wolves patrol their territories in cycles – sometimes every 4–5 days, sometimes every 10 days or more. If you hunt during a period when wolves are not frequently in the area, it can be quite challenging. However, if the bait site is active and wolves are visiting regularly, it can be a once-in-a-lifetime hunting experience!
  
  
• Blinds are typically placed approximately 100–150 meters from the bait site.
  
  
• Blinds have portable propane heaters, but the heat only provides slight relief – warm and appropriate clothing is therefore essential!
  
  
• If trail cameras at the bait sites show only nighttime activity, we often try to sneak in closer at dawn or dusk and use calling methods. This can sometimes draw wolves out and create a shooting opportunity.
