In Oxfordshire we have access to a good roebuck district of some 20,000 ha. just to the south of Oxford itself. Every year around 75-100 bucks are taken here, around half of which are of medal winning standard, with as many as 15-20 gold medals amongst them! In other words it a great place to hunt for a medal winning trophy.

Typically hunting is guided 1:1 in this district to optimize the chance of a trophy.  Hunters should take note that hunting in this district is primarily carried out as lying in wait, so if you dream of stalking your way to a medal winning trophy, this is not the ideal district.
