Scientific Name: Dicerorhinus sumateaensis

Distribution: Small isolated groups of individuals in Assam, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Kampuchea, Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo, India and Bangladesh.
Habitat: Tropical rainforest, dry deciduous forests and swamps.
Description: The smallest of the Rinoceros', weighing up to 800 kg and measuring up to 1,40 m over the shoulder. It may reach a total body length of 3,15 m without tail (40 cm). This rhino develops two horns, the hind one being not very distinct.
