Guayascate Lodge

Guayascate Lodge is arguably one of the best accommodations in the world when it comes to world-class dove hunting. The lodge comprises 18,000 square meters of pure luxury with 10 individually decorated rooms, allowing for small and intimate group sizes, where everyone is accommodated in single rooms, or a larger group of 20 hunters, where they are accommodated in double rooms. The weather in Cordoba is very pleasant year-round, and therefore, Guayascate Lodge has special outdoor areas where you can relax and enjoy the view. The lodge also features a spa with an infinity swimming pool, two spacious heated Jacuzzis (indoor and outdoor).

Food and Beverages

After a long day of dove hunting, hunters return to the lodge where a relaxing evening with good food and drink awaits them. The inviting fireplace in the living room and the well-equipped bar will help hunters get into a relaxed mood before dinner is served. Chef favorites include pepper-stuffed dove breast wrapped in bacon and grilled over charcoal, dove breast "milanesa" (filet, breaded, and fried), fried perdiz legs, and local cheeses and cold cuts.

Argentine wines are famous worldwide, and Guayascate can boast of its own wine cellar and a selection of some of Argentina's finest brands. You might be surprised at how much you enjoy foreign varieties like the robust Malbec or Tannat, among others.
