You will start off bt flying to Vancouver in British Columbia, where the outfitter will meet our hunters in the airport. From here you will drive together to the hunting district and the hunting camp from which the coming week’s hunting will take place.
If you will be hunting in the northern hunting district, you will fly, via Vancouver, further on to Prince George. On arrival in Prince George the hunters will be met at the airport by the outfitter who will then take them to a nearby hotel where you will spend your first night. The outfitter will then take care of your transfer to the hunting district the next morning. The hotels used are of a good general standard and very comfortable, naturally providing all modern facilities such as private bathroom and toilet, W-iFi etc. The hunting district is a couple of hours drive east of Prince George, so the hunters will be collected from the hotel early the next morning.
The hunting camp is made up of tents, which are heated by wood-burning stoves, and have camp beds to sleep on. They are classic Canadian hunting camps, deep in the hunting district, far from civilisation.
It is possible to book an extra couple of days in Canada, so you can hire a car and visit som of British Columbia’s fantastic national parks.
